 TG and its environmental staff have conducted hundreds of environmental assessments throughout the Midwestern United States. These projects have included office, retail, manufacturing and industrial facilities and were performed for various types of clients.
Our Phase I Environmental Site Assessments are prepared in accordance with the new American Society of Testing Materials (ASTM) All Appropriate Inquiry Standard E 1527-05 fulfilling inquiry requirements of the innocent landowner defense established under CERCLA. This defense as established under the Superfund Amendment and Reauthorization Act (SARA) in 1986 encouraged many to conduct environmental investigations prior to taking ownership of real estate. To fulfill inquiry requirements as stipulated under SARA, several steps must be completed and include, but not necessarily limited to, the following:

- Written Report
