Downtown Hampton Inn |
 Thiele Geotech, Inc. completed a geotechnical exploration study in 2005 for the construction of the Hampton Inn & Suites and Homewood Suites Hotels located between 12th to 14th Streets North of Cuming Street in Omaha, Nebraska. The two hotel structures were built adjacent to each other on the 31/2 acre site with the main towers at 8 stories high. The Homewood Suites has 123 suites while the Hampton Inn & Suites has 103 guest rooms. In addition to the geotechnical exploration, TG performed Phase I & II ESAs, environmental remedial oversight and action, piling observations. During the construction phase between 2006 and 2007, TG performed materials testing and special inspections for this project which completed in 2007.
