Dan Thiele founded Thiele Geotech, Inc. in 1996 when he set out to establish an engineering firm that was based on the principles of client service and quality engineering practice. This conviction of principle led him to put his name on the line as a reflection of personal involvement and commitment to our clients’ success. In 16 years, the firm has worked on over 8,000 projects. In 2009, the company grew to include a branch office in Des Moines, Iowa.
